JOIN THE 2018-2019 PTA BOARD TODAY!
We are still in need of several PTA Board Members for the 2018-2019 school year! The positions of President, VP of Finance, VP of Promotions, Treasurer, and Parliamentarianare all still open. Click here for more information about each of these positions. APRIL PTA MEETING
Our next PTA meeting is next Tuesday, April 10th, at 7pm in the Media Center. There will be a presentation on school safety. Babysitting will be available from 7-8:30pm for children ages 4 and older. Children must be toilet trained to participate. Come and find out what is happening with your PTA!

LAST FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT
Don't miss our last free Family Movie Night of the school year! Come watch Ferdinand on Friday, April 20th, at 6:30pm in the APR. Pizza, drinks, snacks (including Carmen's Italian Ice!), and popcorn will be available for purchase. If you have questions, please contactmovienight@fallsmeadpta.org.

ATTENTION PARENTS WITH INCOMING FALL KINDERGARTENERS!
Do you have a child who will be starting at Fallsmead as a Kindergartener in the Fall? If you have a child who will be five years old by September 1, 2018, please be sure to contact the office to schedule an orientation date for your child.Kindergarten orientation will be held on Thursday, May 17th and Friday, May 18th. If you have any questions, please call the office at 240-740-3550. 

WOOTTON BASEBALL COMMUNITY DAY
Wootton High School's Baseball Community Day is this Saturday, April 7th, from 11:00am to 12:30pm at McCracken Baseball Field at Wootton High School(rain/snow date Aprl 28th). The day will be filled with lots of fun events including free baseball skills clinics for boys and girls administered by Wootton coaches and players.

BOARD OF EDUCATION CANDIDATES' FORUM
There will be a Board of Education Candidates' Forum on Monday, April 23rd, at 6:30pm at Gaithersburg High School. The Forum will give audience members opportunities to ask questions directly to the Board candidates on issues ranging from health/safety, testing, and curriculum to new school construction projects in advance of the June 26th primary election.Click here for more information.
