FALLSMEAD PTA BOOK FAIR
The Book Fair is less than two weeks away! You should have received a save-the-date coloring page in your child's folder this week. Please encourage your child to color the page and send it back to school. We will display everyone's artwork at the book fair! We have some exciting events planned for the fair, starting with a Reading Challenge for all students next week. All students who meet the challenge will have a chance to win a free book of their choice at the book fair!
GIRLS SCOUTS USED BOOK DRIVE
The Girl Scout Troops of Fallsmead have been hard at work on a fantastic joint service project - a used book drive for our school! In conjunction with the Book Fair, students can bring in a used book during the week of November 9th - 13th to donate to the book drive. Books should be in excellent condition and be appropriate reading levels for grades K - 5. Stay tuned for specific details coming home next week!
